Terms and Conditions:
- Pre-order Dates: The Thanksgiving Tart pre-sale will be open for pre-orders from October 28th to November 20th.
- Pickup Schedule: Tarts can be picked up from our bakery located at 8810 Brookville Rd, Silver Spring, Maryland 20910, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on [Pickup Dates] (11/21 to 11/22), and until 3:00 PM on 11/23. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure timely pickup of their orders during these designated times.
- Pricing: Each tart is priced at $34.95 plus applicable taxes. All prices are non-negotiable and subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment: Payment for pre-ordered tarts must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept major credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay as digital payment methods. Contact us for cash payment options.
- Changes to Orders: Any changes or modifications to pre-orders must be requested at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled pickup date. Please note that cancellations cannot be made after purchase; only changes to orders are allowed.
- Quality Assurance: We take pride in delivering high-quality products. However, if you encounter any issues with the quality or condition of your tarts upon pickup, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
- Allergen Information: Please be aware that our tarts may contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and wheat. If you have specific dietary concerns or allergies, please contact us in advance to inquire about ingredient details.
- Limited Quantity: Our Thanksgiving tart pre-sale is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the number of tarts that can be pre-ordered by an individual or household.
- Disclaimer: We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to tarts once they have been picked up by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to transport and store the tarts appropriately to maintain their quality.
